Payroll information is correct and complete; wage and fringe rates are not less than the applicable wage determination. All required basic records are complete, accurate, and available on request. Classifications reported match the work each worker actually performed. All workers were paid full weekly wages with only permissible deductions (29 CFR part 3). Apprentices (if any) are registered in a bona fide OA/SAA program. Fringe benefits were paid in cash and/or to bona fide plans as reported.
